The Alien Boy is a fantasy name for our digital collectibles, and we do not intend to profit from any brand. As the owner of an individual ERC-721 token from the collection, you have exclusive commercial rights to your non-fungible token. By minting in any of our collections and interacting with our contracts, you gain complete ownership of your token.
As the owner of the non-fungible token, you have the right to assign these rights and do what you wish with it. The Alien Boy is a fantasy name and not a registered trademark, so you use it at your own risk. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you will not use your Alien Boy or the name of the collection (The Alien Boy) in any project or derivative work that involves hate speech, racism, pornography, or any other illegal content.
You, as the owner, are fully responsible for the safety and management of your private Ethereum wallets and for validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. Our smart contract runs on the Ethereum network, so there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions. This website and its connected services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty. By using this website, you accept sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving our collectibles.
We hope to continue developing our project and growing our community, but we do not guarantee future developments. As the owner, you agree to purchase our non-fungible token solely as a collectible.

About $fock, Our Ecosystem Off-chain Token
$fock is the internal utility token that fuels The Alien Boy economy. By giving The Alien Boy holders different ways to earn and spend $fock, we’re opening the door to a plethora of new experiences for our holders. $fock reinforces our economy and allows The Alien Boy to grow and build more into the ecosystem.
$fock is an internal off-chain token, like those in any game you play, that can be earned or claimed within The Alien Boy ecosystem. It is not an investment vehicle and has no economic value - 1 $fock = 1 $fock.
Non-Fungible Tokens
Non-fungible tokens should not be seen as an investment. The Alien Boy is a collectible for use as an avatar, and you should treat it as such. We do not promise or guarantee that this non-fungible token will be worth anything in the future. As the owner, you understand that it has no inherent monetary value and should be treated as nothing more than a fun collectible.
As the owner, you are fully responsible for any tax liability that may arise from minting or reselling The Alien Boy non-fungible token.
By using The Alien Boy ecosystem, you agree to waive any class action status and to resolve any legal disputes individually. Furthermore, you acknowledge that the project is not intended for children, and you must be over the age of 18 or the legal age in your jurisdiction to interact with The Alien Boy ecosystem.
Finally, we reserve the right to terminate these terms and conditions at any time for any reason. In such an event, we will provide users with reasonable notice and take reasonable steps to ensure the safe transfer of user data and tokens.
